Seller | Customer

Seller

  • For Selling:
    1. Log in to your account.
    2. Select "Sell" button on the navigation bar.
    3. Complete the form.
    4. Click "Create Product".

  • For Deleting:
    1. Log in to your account.
    2. Select "My Product", which you can see in the dropdown menu.
    3. Choose the product that you want to edit.
    4. Click "Edit" button at the top right corner.
  • At the Third Step of Creating product form, by clicking on "Choose File" button, it will automatically direct you to your computer disk.
    (Note: Product image should be 300 x 300)

Customer

  • For Ordering:
    1. Log in to your account.
    2. Choose your product that you want.
    3. Click "Add to Cart".
    4. In Cart, click "Proceed to checkout".
    5. Choose your Shipping Address, Payment Methods then click "Place Order" to end the process.

  • For Canceling:
    1. Log in to your account.
    2. Go to you Cart.
    3. Click " X " to cancel out the product that you don't want.

Currently, "Track your Order" is not available yet. We are still working on it. Please stay tuned for the next update. Sorry for inconvenience. (Last Updated: 02/06/2019)

  • For Giving credit:
    1. Go to User profile page
    2. Scroll down and look for "Credits".
    3. By clicking on the star, credit will automatically update for the user:
      • 1 : 1 credit
      • 2 : 2 credit
      • 3 : 3 credit
      • 4 : 4 credit
      • 5 : 5 credit

  • For Review:
    1. Go to User profile page
    2. Scroll down and look for "Reviews".
    3. Click on "Write Review" button beneath the Review Box.
    4. Type the review and click "Submit".
  1. Go to User profile page.
  2. At the top of the page, click on this icon     .
  3. Select "Report".
  4. Report window will pop up and ask user for the details.
  5. Complete the form and click "Submit".
